Welcome to Biltmore House. Biltmore House is a unique historic community nestled in the heart of the Midtown Atlanta area. Adjacent to The Biltmore, the former Biltmore Apartments were converted into a guest suite hotel and continued operations until 1998, several years after the adjacent hotel had been abandoned. After minimal adaptation of the common areas, the apartment suites were converted to condominiums and renamed Biltmore House. The building contains 66 units and approximately 55,000 square feet of living space. Biltmore House shares common space and some facilities with The Biltmore commercial space, but is unaffiliated with The Biltmore, Novare Management & The Biltmore Ballrooms.
